Re: Down to 3 choices
Three nice options for certain. I can only speak to the 243 and 111 which I once owned and a 025 which I will never part with (Sorry, try as you will Paul:). I liked the 243 a lot. However it was heavy and the 1950 case made it awkward in a top heavy kind of way for me. It was a great beast of a wat...

Re: SubC 12 O'clock marker fell off.
I'm not sure what the norm is for a service cost these days. I did send my vintage 5513 sub in for a total overhaul about 4 years ago and that was 500usd. So although I am not thriled about 600, it seems fair for a total dissasembly, lube, timing and pressure testing to have total confidence in the ...

Re: SubC 12 O'clock marker fell off.
Heard from RSC NY today. Cost to replace the pearl and ring around the pearl is $120. I don't need a new ceramic bezel. A full service was suggested for $600.

Re: SubC 12 O'clock marker fell off.
Rolex NY quoted me 255usd for a new ceramic bezel. Then as she is giving me the information to mail the watch back she says, oooooooh I am so sorry it's 375usd. Haha thanks lady lol. Will have to think about this a while. I see aftermarket bezels on ebay for a hundred but not sure I want to go that ...

Re: SubC 12 O'clock marker fell off.
No idea how the blip came off or where it is. I dont recall knocking it on anything. It doesnt look horrible without it. I'd say the average person would not even notice it missing. So for now, I may just wait until a service is needed. I've had subs serviced at the RSC NY before so I am certain I'd...

SubC 12 O'clock marker fell off.
The 12 O'clock luminious blip on my 4 year old SubC date recently "fell off" the bezel. Not sure how it happened. Had any member experienced this issue? If so, what was done to remedy it? I am hoping to avoid Rolex requiring me to foot the bill for a new bezel in order to have a marker again. Althou...

B&R BR02-94 PVD
I've been admiring the Bell and Ross BR02-94 Chrono for a long time. Thinking about going for one. I'd welcome any comments from current or former owners. I particularly am interested in the PVD version.
Thanks,
Scott

If you get the chance, can you post up a few wrist shots? I think 47mm is too big for me, but I always liked this one. Congrats again. Enjoy.

I tried one on at an AD a few weeks ago. I liked the matte dial and "aged" finish lume. I went back to try and trade for it, but it had sold the day before.

Re: Speedmaster + $2300.00 for a mint 16750 GMT?
Nice looking GMT. I've admired them for a long time. FWIW I'd search for an example that has a matte dial. The Gloss dial is nice, but doesn't have that vintage look to it IMO. Good luck with your decision.
