Aquastar 63...some pics.
Aquastar 63...some pics.
This is the most popular and easy to find Aquastar diver...
Compared to some of the other watches available from Aquastar, this is one of the smaller models, but still has the majority of features you would expect in a divers watch, a thick crystal, a rotating bezel and a decent water resistance (200 metres). The only missing element is a screw-down crown.
I don’t really know why it’s called the ‘63’, perhaps it was introduced in 1963...As it happened with another Aquastar model, the Deepstar, it was labeled under several brands...

Lorenz in Italy...

and Duward in Spain...
The internal bezel is moved by the crown, and has a lovely vintage look..
It´s only 37mm in diameter, but looks excellent on the wrist...
The case...
...is shared by a lot of brands...
Still some lume on it...
And finally the back...
Saludos

Beautiful pics as always, and sweet vintage pieces to boot.

And this is my Aquastar 63 which I recently acquired. I am currently in search of the proper hand set for it but it's really a awesome watch. for a 49 year old watch the timekeeping is great. I lost about 30 seconds over the course of a week.
