Yeah, it wears much smaller than the watches in your collection. I’m surprised you would try one.

It’s a shame they don’t make a modern version.

I saw a Ressence for the first time a couple of weeks ago at Wind Up NYC. It was so much more exciting than seeing a Rolex or other “standard” expensive watch.

I left with this one. 40mm, 43.6 lug to lug. I've always loved that shape, but thought they used to be super big. 40 x 43 sounds dynamite. I had one of the older ones. 44mm x 49mm and 16mm thick. It was chunky. This new case wears very well. I’m sure they’re going to use it for standard editions.

I usually go every year, and I would have skipped it, but there are many brands that will be there for the first time, like Damasko and Resco. If there are good deals I’ll leave with something.

Wow, as much as people complain about recent Sinn pricing, they're one of the few brands that will do what the customer wants during service. They'll change the date wheel to red, swap dials, hands, etc. Most big name brands will just say no to everything.
