Feel your pain! Mine went 4 times on a trip to the Portuguese service centre and this last time they decided to send it on a long term vacation to the Spanish service centre...It's been on a month and a half road trip and I haven't the slightest idea when it gets home...hope yours is an easier fix! ...

It seems that maybe we had the same problem, mine started to loose and stop out of the blue as well.

I like the longer length, but had some problems tucking it under the loop nearest the buckle, but still loving it!
