Re: 39mm Doxa...huh?
Is it the domed crystal that makes the sub 300 dial look so small? I am sure it will fit like a 36mm watch but the dial proportions may be more pleasing to the eye. I can see the searambler dial looking larger in this model than other dial colors, especially the black dial.

Re: You Ever...
Are these the fancy toilets that also open the lid when you approach it and light up the inside to give you a target in the middle of the night? My brother in law has these in both houses (NY and FLA) which include a heated seat, a butt washer and dryer. Since my family tried them that's all I have ...

Thanks for the review, that was extremely helpful as I am getting a bit bored and am thinking about a collection overhaul.

That is a great line-up! How do you like the Pelagos 39? What are your thoughts on the bezel and dial finishes?

Who’s who in that sausage fest photo? Victor Boyd, Luke, Jay, Barry (maybe) and Shap You are correct. Jay: Thanks for posting it truly hearkened back to the old days. It was great catching up, talking only a little about watches but mostly life, family, who we have kept in touch with and saluting a...

Re: A New MKII/Tornek-Rayville Offering
The busy dial got me as well though I may not have been that close to pulling the trigger. I am enjoying my Tornek Rayville TR660 and the fit and finish is what I have always experienced with all of Bill's watches I have owned.

Re: New Longines LLD — 39mm
I like it and could never wear the original due to the L to L. Considering where pricing has gone even for newer companies this is not bad. They would sell more if they could distance themselves more to the lower end of pricing from Tudor.

Got it today. Definitely better finished VS the momentum sea quartz, but probably coming from the same factory. Everything seems a bit better though. Don’t know if I’ll keep it, but it’s certainly worth more than $200 That looks pretty good. I like the case design and bracelet. Hopefully they will ...

Re: Doxa Sub 300T Clive Cussler
I got to see this in person at the Doxa event. It kooks better in person. The case finishing is interesting and does work with the narrative of an explorer's watch. I wonder if this is the new fauxtina we end up complaining about but I liked it on this watch. The case back is amazing and the side of...

Wow, amazing collection and similar taste. A few thoughts: Every time I think I have too many dive watches I will pull up this thread. Even though I have owned the JLC Navy Seal diver twice, I still look to see if any come up for sale. I wish I had the money the last time one came up for sale here. ...

Re: New Doxa Sub 200 C-Graph
Like the rest of the 200 line this is very un-Doxa for me other than the BOR bracelet. Maybe these increase sales as they appeal to the masses and allow Doxa to make their traditional style for us.

Re: What do you have incoming between now and Christmas?
Nothing at the moment for me but I did buy a 41mm Tudor Royal for my wife for Christmas, after the hundreds of watches that have come and gone I finally bought something other than a Swatch or microbrand for her. She wanted a Datejust but that is not in the cards but this should tick all of the boxe...

Congrats RMM. I picked up a BB Pro two weeks ago and haven't worn anything else since. I'd post a pic but haven't posted any in so long I forgot how. I need to go find a tutorial. Boy do I feel old. Hey, Barry! Don't be a stranger  Second that. I still regret selling a minty vintage Kontiki...
