Re: Las Vegas watch shopping...

I probably might get flamed for this, but is vegas some sort of watch mecca? I thought window shopping in HK was good, but in Vegas it just looks damn grand, thanks for sharing the shots of the "scenery"!

Re: Oris Pro Diver Chronograph

U look like flavor flav. Nice watch, the wrist not so much. I've never seen this Flavor Flav fella in my life, but a quick google search did the trick and I do get constantly told that I ought to just do what he's doing LOL http://img2-3.timeinc.net/ew/dynamic/imgs/080805/TV-sex-scenes/Flavor-of-Lo...

Re: Oris Pro Diver Chronograph

Looks great. I keep saying Oris is underrated but look at all this for less than 4K. Amazing! Is there any reason why it does not come up so often around in most forums? I mean even in WUS, I think the threads are pretty dated, and 4K USD is before the AD discount... I'm not sure about outside of S...

Re: Oris Pro Diver Chronograph

I had 2 Balls once too. Then I got married. :rimshot: I'll be here all week folks. Don't forget to tip your waitress. Killer review. And nice pics. Makes that Ball look like a kid's watch. Damn! Other than the height, it actually fits your smaller wrist well. Honestly though 51mm is going to look b...

Oris Pro Diver Chronograph

Hi guys, been awhile since I last posted any watch content, been busy with studies, finally done with the finals and the break finally allowed me some time to snap some shots of this beast. In the coming months I'll be travelling a little with this watch and I'll be sure to post up some wrist shots ...

Re: Seiko MM300 impressions

Nice write up! I've always wondered why the Seiko MM's case had that really "flat" case back and why the case at the bottom was tilted.

Damn I like the bezel on your watch, must be real gripy, but how lose or tight is the bezel when you try to turn it? Great live pics btw ;)

Re: Let's See Some New Watch Reviews!

With all the watch-buying sprees going on around here lately, I thought I would throw this out here. Let's get some new watch reviews out! They don't have to be fancy or ultra detailed, let us know what you think about those watches! Video reviews would be nice too. :bananastoner: Good initiative, ...

Re: PAM Images

Absolutely love how panerai does the skeleton movements, specially on the 3001, from this perspective on the first pic resembles some sorta architectural-ish, I wonder if that's one of their inspirations

Re: PAM 356

Great piece, the sub dial at the 6 o clock position is cool with the PAM font, but for the price first hand, maybe you could consider this model since in house movements aren't so much of an issue, the PAM 213 is a split chrono which is about the same price second hand. http://i219.photobucket.com/a...

Re: Newbie intro!

Welcome. What's the chrono with moon phase? Looks interesting That's a Sea Gull watch, a Chinese brand that has their watches made in China, the movement is based on some venus column wheel chronograph movement, I got interested in it while I was in Hong Kong last year, there are some watch shops t...

Not the rarest I guess, neither is it the most expensive, but it is a watch I honestly have loads of fun with, my humble Monster, with some slight mods.

Normally on bracelet but...

Re: Newbie intro!

Welcome dude. Nice lineup. The U1 gets mad props from the DWC crowd. There's a few folks here who have owned that watch numerous times (you know who you are). You, of course, have the obligatory monster, which as you know by now, is the Bad Ass Seiko Monster (aka BASM). Do not mind the natives. The...

love the watch. impressive you were able to work through a crappy service job. Can't agree more, love it more by the day, the service recovery was good for a couple of reasons, they were at least apologetic and the boutique has great chocolates from Italy, like this one here http://www.nougat-nouga...

Re: Loved it, hated it, now loving it, my first Pam!

Nice post! I too initially thought they were ugly, they grew on me now to the point where I'm planning on grabbing the next 243 that comes up! The 243 is such a masculine piece specially once the T dial turns and grows a patina, just came back from Hong Kong and one of the countless watch shops dea...

Loved it, hated it, now loving it, my first Pam!

Firstly I'd like to give a big thanks to the members here on the Panerai forum in DWC, after lurking for quite awhile and reading about the brand, I took a plunge and purchased my first Pam last year in FEB and it has been a roller coaster relationship with it. But first a pic to warm things up, 320...

Newbie intro!

Hi I've been a lurker for quite awhile in several forums but never really settled anywhere, but after watching the "mandatory" newbie video in the sticky I knew I should just join this pond if possible :) A little about myself... Well my interest are in dive watches mostly, mostly for their size and...
