In the past few days I had an idea of utilizing a couple of parts that I had removed from watches to do some projects. One of them was a Islander dial which came with MM300 hands. As usual they were too short and I did not care for it. However when I put the dial in the case I thought to myself “why not some Mercedes hands…”

I found some that I thought would work and installed… here is the result. Almost a “chance” project… but still I like how it came out. This one is a SARZ003 case with a slightly domed sapphire crystal and this is what I am wearing today...
