Anyone have exp. with Back In Time Int'l (UTS question)?
Good morning gents. I have been on the hunt for a UTS 1000 diver for a couple weeks. A company called Back in Time Int'l just posted one on WUS FS (http://www.backintimeintl.com/gused.cfm ... TSSS5/pg/1). I was wondering if anyone has experience with them? Also, does $1400 seem like a fair price for a 1000m with rubber only, or should I try to haggle them down some? Thanks,
Rob

Assuming it is truly in excellent condition the price is good for a 1000 GMT. I would expect to get a bracelet for that price if it was the regular version.streetracer101 wrote:Good morning gents. Thanks Chris. I shot them an email to see if that was the best they could do. I was thinking along the same lines, but was hoping to haggle them down to $1300. That would cover an isofrane for it, since my other 22mm isofrane is ocupado. It looks good in the pics, but its not to hard to take pics that don't show true condition. Hopefully someone here has dealt with them, or knows of someone who has.

Nothing to offer in the way of experience with that seller, but to reiterate what Chris said, assuming the condition is as described, then I think it's a fair price for the GMT. Love that model.

And to add a little, no reason the seller shouldn't be able to provide further pics to an interested buyer.

Thanks for the input Jared. There are actually some better pics on WUS. I plan to pick it up Tuesday when they respond to my email. I agree that the price seems fair for a near mint 1000m GMT, but it never hurts to try a bit of bargaining.

That is a pretty good price for a GMT. No experience with that outfit personally. Good luck its a great watch.

Purchased it today. Chris, the salesman, seemed like a legit, cool dude. I paid $1350 shipped and get $50 cashback from my CC, so I think that's a nice deal for a UTS GMT. He said they had a lot of interest, but held it for me because I was the first to inquire. Seems like a decent place.

You definitely did well on the price.

Seems like it. It comes with a 2 year warranty too, so that's a nice perk. A better perk would be for me to keep it until the warranty runs outCGSshorty wrote:You definitely did well on the price.
