RGM is a great place to deal with

Post by tazman64 » Tue May 15, 2012 3:35 pm

I took advantage of RGM'S trade in program today, i havent been wearing my 250p from them so i tried to sell it with no interest. so i contacted richard at rgm, After going back and fourth we came to a deal on a new 300 diver. I got a good deal on my trade-in, with out them ever seeing it, they took my word on condition. This is my second time dealing with them and both times its been great. If anyone is in the market for a new RGM give them a shot you wont be sorry, especialy if you have a trade thats hard to sell.

Any idea where they sell the used watches?

I thought I ruined my Sinn crystal while removing the AR several weeks ago so I contacted them to find out about a replacement cost. I ended up finally cutting through the AR and the Sinn is perfect, but RGM never returned my email.

I wouldn't be surprised if WB doesn't want RGM to do any SINN services so that they remain the main ones for the US.

They're like Kobold but with much more horological heart and soul.
