Love this watch, but it's 50 (damn) milimeters..
Other than replica sites, I can't seem to find out if they make a similar watch in a normal human size. Anyone know?
Also, any thoughts on the brand?
Thanks!

I do like some of the simplicity aspects of the U-boats but the size is to Kayne West for me.

The thousands of feet only come in 50mm.
They make a flightdeck in 43mm.. but will wear larger due to crowns.
I like the brand and still have a few in my collection. Most classify
Them as fashion watches due to the huge sizes. I think the cases are well
Made. They're fun to wear.

Thanks Pat
Oh, and to the rest of you, I agree that at 50mm I'm thinking Invicta with my wrist size. That was the point of this thread.. if they made the piece in a 42'ish dimension and it was actually as tough as (I think) it looks, it would be pretty cool..

I have always liked the Flightdeck models.
David Beckham wears one

but i think they are slowly but surely moving out of the "fashion watch" scene

There was a post on WUSsy a while ago showing how U Boat has improved the build quality of their watches since the early ones which got a lot of attention as overpriced wannabe watches. But still not my cuppa.

My opinion?
Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Here is my Flightdeck 43mm 1931.
I love mine and wears nicely on my 6.75" wrist.
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.

I don't care for the white strap, but the white dial/PVD case is a great combination.

From what I have seen on their website, they have 2 sizes for alot of their watches, 45 and 50mm, and as others have said, some in the 43mm range as well.
I like the looks of some of them alot.

Not crazy about the name. Or the size. Or the big ass crowns.
