In my haste to join in the conversation on the Aegir thread I overlooked the mandatory introduction - how rude of me. :rolleyes:
Anyway, better late than never. Tony here from Melbourne Australia. I've been collecting watches for well over 30 years :shock: (shit, I must be old).
My first dive watch was a Seiko I bought on my honeymoon in 1990 in FiJi. I have attached a quick snap Todd from Aegir sent me of my CD-1 after assembly. As we speak it's winging its way from the west coast and I can't wait.

Welcome Tony! My first diver was a Seiko bought in 1998 in St. Thomas, and most of mine are still Seiko's. :grin:

Sure do. Despite me telling my wife every time I buy a new watch that I'll sell some older ones to fund it, it has never happened. I still have every watch I ever owned. :doh:

I met the man at the recent Aus watch get together
We are in the same town but about as far apart as we could be
The weather in Melb is crap it is trying to sleet outside and this morning I saw a guy from the tax office with his hands in his own pockets!
