Is this over polished or what?

I saw this Explorer II on Recon, the right lug looks far thinner than the left and the spring bar is sticking out. That is a good indicator is it not?

I just noticed that the lower right lug is flush with the bracelet and the others extend past the end links. Do you think there was a lot of material removed from those 2 lugs?

I'd buy it, if the price is good.
Then send it to Carlo to fix as a project.

Agree. Lotsa repair work was done on heavy scratches.

Doubt very much it was done by Rolex either; it's way off "original condition" and in my view warrants a new case.

If it was done by Rolex, the guy should be fired. It wasn't something that took me a long time to notice, as soon as I saw the picture it didn't look right.

No problem, you have to be careful when buying watches. The bad thing is this one is being sold by a WUS sponsor. :naughty:
