Price guide / advice on Omega Planet Ocean Chrono Orange?
Re: Price guide / advice on Omega Planet Ocean Chrono Orange
I've found the POCs to be an incredible value, and the orange especially so with the aluminum bezel insert.

Have you tried it on yet Donna? They wear really tall. Give it a try if you haven't already.

These wear just like the 17mm states, they are huge.CGSshorty wrote:Have you tried it on yet Donna? They wear really tall. Give it a try if you haven't already.

POC is 19mm IIRC. Love the looks and what it brings to the table but ~46X19 felt huge on my ~8" wrist
Edit: just looked it up 45.5 by 19.2 - ridiculous

Beautiful watch.
Ericf4 have or had one. I tried it and it wears big, but I have a 6.75" wrist.
If he sold it, at least he could tell you for how much.

I had one as well. 7 3/4 wrist and I thought it wore really big. Crazy tall.

I think, given the watches you've liked in the past, that you'll be fine, Don.
It is a very big watch, but I enjoyed it a lot.

19mm tall and no micro adjust - sounds awesome. Maybe try the better looking (blue) TI version. It would have to flop around less.toxicavenger wrote:damn that is worse then I thought, that is why the watch wore so shittyPanerai7 wrote:POC is 19mm IIRC. I had one for years and really liked it. Quality is outstanding. I like big chunky diver watches and the PO 9300 Chrono wore HUGE! Especially the proportions of the dial opening (crystal) make the watch visually huge looking. I always wore mine on the bracelet and it was still top heavy. It is an extremely gorgeous watch in person, I always liked admiring it on my wrist while wearing it. I ended up selling it because of the overly large size. I've seen current preowned pricing in the range of $4200 - $4800. New pricing is in the $6,500 range. I ended up buying a new Certina DS Action Diver Chrono to replace the Omega which has the same dive chrono personality in a more everyday wearable package and still has really nice quality build. I still have the Certina, one of my favorite watches.
My 9300 PO Chrono:
