Parcel Pro has been fine for me, for years now. Never had a claim.

no claim here either, but general customer service has been stellar.

Opened up my Parcel Pro account. When speaking w the rep before the account was “approved” I was told I could ship Fedex or UPS but I only see the ship w UPS option when logged in. Anyone else ?
