I saw that. The bracelet is the best part. I bet it wears big though, with the long lugs and the immobile long center link on the bracelet
Re: Club Sport Neomatik 42 Date Blue
yeah, it's all dial at 42mm, too. i'll bet that would wear better at 40mm.

I’m going to see if I can get that bracelet for my black dial version.
Just noticed they did the same thing on this one as there original bracelet. The deployant clasp opens the opposite direction of every other brand out there.

Whoa, pretty outstanding sir, or really outstanding I mean.
Thanks a bunch for the news !!!
Yup, these would be a dream on the wrist I think Greg.
Would be exactly like Wario was looking for, or any of
us might be looking for to tell the truth.

Beautiful. One of the nicest looking Nomos I've seen. Agree with others though, would likely wear huge (39mm would probably be the sweet spot for me with that design).
Re: Club Sport Neomatik 42 Date Blue
I noticed that one too and it’s a beauty. Too bad only some watches have a micro-adjustable clasp.
Re: Club Sport Neomatik 42 Date Blue
That watch is 3mm and a micro adjust clasp (or half link bracelet) away from perfect.

Looks great. I do like Nomos. But I bet the clasp feels odd to use.
Love the red detail on the stem - Danger! Close before use!

My Meistersinger is similar in that respect. All dial and 43mm. I think it manages it, but there are smaller versions available too. Does Nomos offer different sizes? Seems to ring a bell, but I could be wrong.

If I didn’t have the OP I’d buy this one. Lovely dial.
Heck, I sometimes get tempted to flip the OP and scale down, but I’d regret it.

Looks great. My biggest hangup would be the price tag
Re: Club Sport Neomatik 42 Date Blue
It’s hard to judge the value without actually seeing the watch in person, but the in-house movement, performance specs (300m water resistance and only 10mm thick!), and high level of finishing all suggest the price is OK to me.
Just looking at the Nomos website, the price of this new model seems to be in alignment with the rest of their models (running between $2K - $4K).
I guess the real proof is how deeply discounted these are at retail, and what value retention we see on the secondary market.

I had the black dial version and it was fantastic. High quality, excellent finishing, and the specs were spot on. The only things I’d change are adding drilled lugs and a micro-adjustable clasp.
