So, Any Watch Related Gifts This Year?

Post by OrangeSport » Sun Dec 26, 2021 1:23 am

I got some bracelet cleaner and a watch screw driver I was after, so that was good!

I got my son and wife a watch each.

I got my son this:

And my wife this:

My son got my wife some Natos for her new watch too..

for Mrs Rockmastermike, a few straps for her Apple Watch

and she reciprocated by getting me a Forstner Komfit JB Champion bracelet for my Speedy ..... not delivered on time...it will be an extended Christmas gift, lol

My youngest added a Lum-Tec to his g-shock and Poljot and loves it.

(my oldest has yet to be bitten by the bug)

Holy cow, very nice you guys. Outstanding actually !!! :salute:

We actually got my brother a Swatch. :) He, and I had each gotten a
really neat one from my grandmother back in the early eighties. And
he recently mentioned how he was getting all these ads on his phone,
and thought they were cool. So we got him one, and he loves it.

Oh, and I have a couple new ones that are still 'in transit'.

I still prefer the older 39mm RAF hand versions, but these look great on bigger wrists and it’s way easier to find a nice example of the newer ones.

Now I know some of you guys have pretty strong views on the Doxa "homages" but this was given to me for Christmas and I love it. The Seestern with yellow dial

^^^ looks cool. Frankly, it’s probably identical to a real doxa minus the logo.

I haven't taken a pic, but the fam got me the Q Timex reissue with the pepsi bezel. It's a fun quartz watch. Bracelet was easy to adjust and I love that I can change the battery myself when the time comes.

I'll have to get a picture of it at some point. ..It's very cool actually,
and has the whole transparent theme happening with it.

Thanks, Ben! Agreed.

Not sure if asking Ben or me as to feeling, but can’t complain. Hate my job, but it keeps food on the table.

I was directing that at Ben. He recently mentioned having been ill.
