Dietrich SD-2

Post by Steve O. » Sat May 21, 2022 10:07 am

Has anyone else seen the new Dietrich SD-2? Lots of vintage style goodness here. However, although the 38.5mm case size is in line with the vintage look, 40 or 41mm would be perfect IMO.

I like the style of it, especially the sandwich dial, but I'm a little apprehensive of the SW-200 movement and the $1150 price.
No, it's not Tourettes.

I like these a lot, but it's more of a $600 watch for me.

Thanks for making me not feel too cheap. I am having a hard time with the watch prices these days.

That really is a beauty Steve ! :) 8-)

It’s terrific how the watch has such a vintage way about it, yet kind of
feels fresh, new, and exciting at the same time sir. And you know, I bet
the size even feels like that 40, or 41mm too thanks to the crown.

Speaking of thanks, want to thank you for the report Steve !!!
