Hamilton’s newest Khaki Frogman
Hey guys, have you had time to see Hamilton’s new Khaki Frogman
Automatic already?
The new Frogman will have specifications like a 46mm stainless steel,
or black PVD coated stainless steel case, unidirectional rotating bezel
with silver, or black insert, matte black dial, nice looking stainless steel
bracelets, and straps, plus the H-10 automatic is beneath everything.
Some pictures everyone...

These aren't for me, but there are many worse options for someone looking for a relatively affordable large and chunky dive watch with a decent movement. Much better than the old design of this watch IMO.

Not bad. I like everything except the "bridge-shaped structure" crown guard.

I can’t figure out how the crown works?
Nice looking piece overall though

Wow that crown guard is stupid. Other than that, I like the one with the black bezel/dial and white markers. But, again, the crown guard is stupid.
Re: Hamilton’s newest Khaki Frogman
Not bad, I do like the black model, but the crown guard seems a bit odd.
Re: Hamilton’s newest Khaki Frogman
I'm guessing the entire "bridge" structure lifts away from the case when the crown is pulled out. It seems attached to the crown itself (you can see the face of the screw in one of the side profile pics) and the bridge structure is not integral with the case (you can see the seams on the back of the blacked coated case).
I'm just not sure there is a market for 46mm watches. My personal tastes stop at 44mm and the overall trend seems to be moving back towards 40mm. Who knows? Maybe Hamilton is predicting a reversal in size preferences.

It looks less silly than the old Frogman, but 46mm? I think Hamilton hasn't caught on to the fact that the oversized watch craze has passed.

At least they didn't slap those damned cathedral hands on it! Other than the crazy crown guard, it's not bad.
