That's some piece. Your review was good, it left me wondering what options you had in mind. Looking forward to the strapped pic., of this watch.

Thanks! As nice as the tapered bracelet is, I am just not a bracelet guy and I can't wait to get it off!!!AranaWhite wrote: ↑Fri Feb 03, 2023 12:21 pmThat's some piece. Your review was good, it left me wondering what options you had in mind. Looking forward to the strapped pic., of this watch.

Thanks!hoppyjr wrote:While there is nothing wrong with that Seiko, you would find the Tudor Ranger to be a spectacular watch. Buy it on the bracelet.Wario406 wrote:
Very amazing watch for the money. Crazy to think these were $300ish new. Runs great and wears super comfortable. Happy to have this one in my box. I’ve thought about selling it and moving up in price to an Oris/Sinn/Tudor - but then I wear it and say “how much better can those others be for the extra money?”
I’ve owned the Explorer several times and love it, but always felt it was “too nice” and too expensive to wear without worry. The current Ranger, being the spiritual successor to the original Explorer, wears well and looks great. The T-fit clasp is great and I never worry when wearing it.
I tried natos, which was my original plan, but the bracelet just works so well it’s never coming off.

Thanks. I do so love vintage omega. For being a lump of stainless, it wears much better than one would think.

That is a great looking watch, Hop!
That case shape is one of my all time favorites (you know I love my 62MAS reissues!).
I was thinking about a Vulcain Skindiver as a next acquisition, but this might have bumped it out of first place.

Thanks, but it’s a LE of 100 and only 20 remain. I wouldn’t hesitate. You’ll love it.Ryeguy wrote:That is a great looking watch, Hop!

Thanks! I loved it when it came out and bought it after my dad passed. The “we’ll see you on the other side” quote on the back has an even deeper meaning after that.
