Hi, Anyone own the DC70 series and or have thoughts on this model or Damasko in general?

Thanks

I'm a big fan of Damasko. I owned a DA36 (that I bought from John aka Tragic) and I still regret selling it. I am looking to buy a new DK30 Ocean in the next year. Andy Tims just bought a DC72 Green. He has had it a couple of weeks now I think. Others also have that model I think.

Doesn’t Andy’s have a bezel ?
I think it’s a DC8x model maybe ?

They have slightly different specs, case material and also thickness besides bezel.

Order from Gnomon if they have them in stock.
What made you have from the DC7x you were asking about ? Also check the DC8x models

I've had several & I think they are great

I have the 82, but the 72 looks fantastic too.

Unless you really don't like bracelets, I'd get the watch with the Damasko bracelet if possible. It's awesome.

Russell Jewelers completely sold out and no idea when
they will get any more. Not sure why you would carry this brand…

Thanks Andy- understood, but should they really take
orders if they don’t know when they can be fulfilled?
People waiting 4,6,12 mos with no estimated time of delivery.
🤷🏼🤔.

Don’t forget Matt’s issues with his chronograph.

I like Damasko’s design, but I’m afraid for future service & parts. I also don’t have faith in their long term viability.

Multiple trips as I recall, kept coming back broken. I think it took months.
