Citizen Enters the Affordable Integrated Bracelet Arena

Not too bad looking for a basic automatic, especially at sub $500.

Honestly it looks terrific to me Greg. ;)

I mean inside and out it seems to tick all the boxes. With these
dials really screaming spring right?! Or any other season to
tell the truth. :) Wow, great design, dials, prices ! It’s a hat trick
when you think about it.

Thx a ton for the look, as well as report !!!

I saw these, a few months back, and loved the yellow. Apparently, it’s the most sought after color. I was able to get one, from Europe, before they were released, in the U.S. The pale turquoise is a new color. I also have a nice blue PRX. I love them both.

It is a very nice watch, for the price. My one gripe is the tiny crown, which is a bit difficult to use, and I have smaller fingers than you guys.

The crown probably looks huge in your fingers.

?? No, It’s tiny, and pushes into the case. I would have preferred a slightly larger one, at 3:00, more like The one on the PRX.

They’ve had these for a long time but not in the US Market. I’d tried my friend’s yellow one and it’s very nice. I do think the Tissot is better finished but I prefer the case lines and bracelet design of the Citizen. I could do without that darn cyclop though.
Does the mvt hack ? Some of these Myota 82xx still don’t

Yes, it hacks and hand winds, though it’s not easy to wind, because the crown is so small. I don’t mind the cyclops. I can see how you would prefer this bracelet, to the one on the PRX. I have them both. The ice blue PRX is stunning, IRL.

The dark blue one talks to me and the dimensions spot on for my tastes. What’s not to like about a 40mm x 11 thick auto sports watch with a clean face under $500?!? I’m not a fan of the cyclops- but could live with it. Wish it was a no-date.

Aside from they cyclops they look nice, kind of a Citizen Datejust.

Looks more like the long retired Rolex Oysterquartz.

That's true. My immediate thought was OP, based on the color schemes, but it does look more like the oysterquartz.
