There are a bunch. Off the top of my head: Abbey Road, Sgt. Pepper's, Wish You Were Here, DSOTM, Animals, Siamese Dream, What's Going On, Pet Sounds, The Joshua Tree, Achtung Baby, Nevermind, Metallica, Master of Puppets, Superunknown, Automatic for the People, Murmur, Reckoning, Morning Glory, 1984, Doolittle, Surfer Rosa, Trompe le Monde, Wilco, Summerteeth, Funeral, The Suburbs, You're Living All Over Me, Where You Been, Daydream Nation. I'm sure there are plenty more I'm not remembering.
I love streaming music services, but they really have done the concept of the album a disservice. Used to be, one put on an LP or a CD (or even a cassette), and often just listened all the way through. Now, I find myself constantly skipping tracks while listening. It's one of the reasons I set up my new budget hi-fi system--I'm trying to make myself sit down and actually listen to music again, as opposed to just consuming it.

...And Justice is a great album which is really let down by the terrible production. Such a shame.stonehead887 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2020 10:37 amAnd Justice is such a sneaky album. It's not a go to album but when it's on, man, the songs are killer. Absolute best is Dyers Eve.....nweash wrote:Man I feel young over here.
Off the top of my head...
Weezers: blue album.
Killswitch engage: Alive or just breathing.
Hatebreed: satisfaction is the death of desire.
Metallica: lightning, puppets, and justice.

Did you ever check out “and justice for Jason”?
Some guy snagged newsteds bass tracks from a guitar hero game I believe and remixed them into the studio album.
It’s the only way I listen to the cd now.
Re: What albums do you listen to front to back? (No skips)
I've been meaning to check that out. Is the version on Spotify good?
Re: What albums do you listen to front to back? (No skips)
I was binge-listening to those two albums a few weeks ago.
I recently rediscovered The Afghan Whigs, too. The kind of have a sound similar to Dinosaur Jr.

I just gave it a quick listen on my phone. Sounds like the standard album.dukerules wrote:I've been meaning to check that out. Is the version on Spotify good?
Upon some reddit search this is the best possible mix.

The guy who did and justice for Jason just plugged in the bass and didn’t remix anything.
This YouTube guy fixed the frequencies and remixed the whole cd with proper bass tone. He has a download link in description as well.
