While I never had one of these I had at least 3 Ocean one regular and GMT. I never had any problem with the Customer Service and in fact I got several parts for free when I asked. So I think that even though they might not be the fastest, they took excellent care of me.

I was excited to see this thread up because I started my collection with steinharts, then I looked and just sad to see it was a bump from 2013 but hey there customer service has improved a lot since then and so has there website!

Is this the same case they use for the OVM? Might be the perspective, but it almost seems like the lugs stick out less in the photo above.

I wanted to do an update on the Steinhart Vintage Red I purchased. It's been on the wrist, a couple of times this week, and in the winder when off, I've been using watch tracker app to check the accuracy of the watch, and it's currently averaging +2.8 SPD, that's COSC territory! Not too shabby! Well done, Steinhart!
