I was quilting away last night like most nights when an old needlepointing injury reared its ugly head again

. My left deltoid has been hurting a little more usual lately-which I atributed to my hauling 10 bolts of new fabric into the house. Right now I can't even thread a needle without a dagger like pain in the left side of my body. Looks like I will have to hit the long arm quilting machine again in order to finish up my Brother's T-shirt quilt.
Wish me luck guys

Yikes, get that checked out. A buddy of mine let it linger, and he has never really been able to double stitch like he used to. It's all single stitch, and I don't have the heart to tell him his best work may be behind him.
Please go get it checked out!

Well wishes from here!
If i knew i had a lingering injury that could stop me from double-stitching, it would break my heart!
Get well soon! and like i told you, when carrying heavy bolts like that, get a friend or use a cart!
this is what i use

Thanks guys. I knew you would both understand and support me. I'll make it through I just know it.

Always follow the RICE process
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
Works for me after long nights of caffeine induced quilting madness...
