Re: New Tudor coming
Have been offered one by an AD. Thinking hard about it. Although I’m leaning towards holding the course on an original BB58.
Re: New Tudor coming
Seems like Tudor did something unique. ADs actually got them (albeit small amounts, i.e, 1-2) for launch!
Novel concept. Have something available at launch. LOL.

That’s what I’m seeing. Wasn’t a fan of that blue eitherhoppyjr wrote:I heard an AD describe it as the same shade of blue as the BB 41 blue dial.

IMHO - Tudors are all about blue no-date flakes.
Is it tomorrow yet?
And I am sure it will be an easy flip shortly if you don't like it....

Re: New Tudor coming
From WUS, I like it overall but I really don't care for the snowflake hands. I could like some lollipop style hands though... but it does not matter since I can't afford one...
Re: New Tudor coming
Probably in the minority around here, but I wish it had a date.

Re: New Tudor coming
It’s not for me, but I like that Tudor has them ready to go!
Re: New Tudor coming
It is refreshing. I'll bet that this would have been announced at Basel followed by the typical few months wait. Since it's now a few months from when Basel would have been held, this tracks pretty closely to that.

Re: New Tudor coming
I have to say I like this vintage model a lot better. The square lume plot on the second hand matches the square markers better than the round markets on the BB, and the fat triangle at '12', beefier bezel, and the crown guards give the watch a much sportier feel IMO.
The new blue BB is ok, but I agree with what Joe said earlier in the thread - the red bezel pip and the gilt details gave the earlier model a bit of pizzaz that the blue one seems to be lacking.
Re: New Tudor coming
I'm very interested in this one. The Pelagos blue, which I really wanted, but, in hand, its blue was a bit much for me and the size too big, as well.
Re: New Tudor coming
It needs a touch of cream in the lume.

Re: New Tudor coming
Two of my local friends picked one up from the AD here and sent pics. The blue turned out better than I expected based on pre-release pics. It looks good on the blue/silver nato
Merde Alors! Et Vive Les Francais!
Re: New Tudor coming
Well I tried to pick one up, but waited too long after initially offered to me and my only option was on strap. I passed. But I’m totally smitten.
Re: New Tudor coming
I have a feeling that since they made these available at launch to satisfy the immediate purchases it’s going to go back to a waiting list.
I was able to get on bracelet. I am really interested in seeing what that blue strap is going to be like.
Can’t wait till the morning.

New Tudor coming
If anything, this new release made me realize how much cooler the OG 58 is

Re: New Tudor coming
$3700 on bracelet, same as the other BB58. Slightly less on leather or fabric.Marjak wrote:I might have missed it but what is the MSRP on this one?
