Are BB58s still rare?
I look at the Tudor website and they show MSRP of $3700 on bracelet. I look on Recon and they’re at or above that used. Is Tudor going the way of Rolex now? I don’t get it.

If they can manufacture the market as they do with Rolex, they'd be crazy not to. The Rolex method didn't happen overnight, it took years. Then they'd have a twice the price range covered.

I think I saw one on Recon for $3,200 (on the nylon strap) last week.

I sold mine to Crown and Caliber 6 months ago after wearing daily for 18 months and they paid me almost what I paid from the dealer. The market is certainly still robust for these. As with Rolex, they crank the, out but have no urgency to increase production to meet demand given that they don’t have shareholders to answer to like other brands.
They are still pretty unique in the market. Old school Rolex looks and feel with new school Rolex in house movement tech for under $4k.

I think the 58’s are holding their value or pretty close depending on condition. I was told as soon as they come in they go out..Great watch.
