Here's a fun little article I found, and thought it may be of interest. It is a written and photographic history of DOXA's role in the first watch with an HRV (Helium Release Valve)/HEV (Helium Escape Valve), a very special prototype DOXA 300T that even predates the Conquistador and the Rolex Sea Dweller.

Very Interesting article, I have a friend who's a big Rolex man who was very let down to think that Rolex hadn't designed and used the HEV first. This article was quite useful in explanation. Doxa doesn't get the credit it deserves in the history of diving and undersea discovery as a smaller Swiss brand but that adds to its attraction as far as I'm concerned and its pedigree is unquestionable.
