Not sure about the 300t, but I picked up my 1500t last month for $1200 (on strap).

I got my 300T brand new from Joma for $1,414.
I figure used, but relatively new and mint condition, around that price is reasonable (otherwise just buy from Joma at their next sale).
On edit, I just noticed this was the LE. That will probably command a premium.
