How many of the U1 Professional were made? Around this number, IIRC?

I almost pulled the trigger, but I have the sir u50 and I like that too much to move it out to make room for this. If I change my mind, I'm sure they'll pop up on the secondary marked in time.

I passed on this one. The U1-P is perfect for me so this one would never get worn.
I think the same. :fro:

Awesome watch and if I didn’t have my U1P I would’ve been extremely tempted. I actually like the size of the U1 as a vacation/beach/camping watch, although the U50 would make for a great daily wearer for my wrist.

Good news- Sinn has sent the first batch to WB

Bad news- mine isn’t in the first batch

Not sure if they have landed in the USA yet but we should be seeing some real world pics soon.

Unfortunately, I've been slammed with multiple unexpected expenses since putting down my deposit, so there's a good chance I'll have to let mine go in case anyone here missed out and wants one.

Are they shipping these in order of case number or order history?

Neither, Sinn is building them at random and they are coming in batches. WB said they are not by order or number.

Lame. Was hoping to get mine relatively soon, but guess the waiting game begins. Oh well.

Not the fault of Watchbuys, but I’m disappointed too. I stayed up and got in early and low serial number, but that doesn’t matter.

FedEx delivered mine yesterday at my office. Drove by there today to pick it up(I’m off for 4 weeks due to office renovation). I’ll open it later and take some cell pics.

Sorry guys, I fell yesterday from a 10ft ladder while using a chainsaw trying to cut back oak trees prepping it to build a bamboo style tree house for the kids. Right leg has a large gash and lateral muscles looked contorted and wrist is swollen. We prayed and asked our church family and friends to pray for me.

Doc walks in and said "I don't know if you believe in God, but miraculously you don't have a single fracture in your arm or leg."🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’m hoping another member took receipt theirs. I’ll try to open the package a little later.

Wow Gerard that’s horrible! Glad your avoided major injury!
You’ll live to open the box to your U50P, haha.

I build a tree house-fort whatever you want to call it. I started digging the post holes by hand in fall of 2019 and I finished June 2020.

What I learned after reading up as much as I could is that if you plan on actually drilling into or using the tree that you’ll eventually kill it. Not sure how long it takes but because of that I basically just built it right beside a big walnut tree.
