Thank you for all the kind words. I’ll post all photos in a new thread.
Glad you’re ok all things considered. Ladders and chainsaws can be brutal and unforgiving.

You should have texted me, Ben. I just reached out to Rob at WB. I’ll text you later.

Ok, has anyone here ever worked with Jon?
He’s starting to get on my nerves.
I sent him an email saying I’m very familiar with Sinn service through Germany and RGM and I highly prefer Germany. I also said that the mark on the dial lights up when the sun hits it, and I’m certain it’s not just dust. I also asked that since it’s under warranty, do I get a shipping label.
He responded that he can provide a shipping label to RGM but not Sinn Germany…. And that he highly recommends that RGM remove the “fleck” from the dial.
Have you looked at it with a loupe to confirm that it's a dial defect? If so, I'd definitely insist that this be taken care of by Sinn Germany.
Paging Chris S...
Yep, I lost my old one and just got a new one today. It’s totally metal. Not a fleck.

Email Sinn Germany directly and tell them you want it to go there. They’ll probably send you a label, they did for me some years back.
Did this on Friday, it’s a weekend so maybe I’ll hear back in a few days.

It’s going to be fine, Ben. RGM can handle a dial replacement, if that’s even necessary.

Got this last week when they received it… “priority service queue”- 6-8 weeks.
I noticed the hour hand lume was not applied evenly, dim towards the center. Not horrible, but certainly not something RGM cares about.
I told them if they have to order a new dial that I’ll pay for the hour hand myself, since they have to get it all from Germany.

Boom.
Back on the wrist. Had a loose metal flake on the dial. I’ve owned a few watches but never heard of loose metal floating around… reminds me of my Hyundai engine that blew earlier this year.

Vikki wrote to me on 9/13 that it’ll be a few more weeks.
Got a shipping notice on 9/20. Received it today.
I originally shipped it to them 8/1.

Yeah #129. I haven't heard anything from Watchbuys since I put down the deposit.

Oh man. It’s so random. I figured they were close to getting them all out by now.

Crickets here as well. When I inquired I was pointed to their website on deliveries of the U50 Pro which states the following:
Sinn U50 Professional Limited Edition
Shipments will begin in June (they have started to arrive) and continue through the winter. These watches are not shipping in serial number order, but we will contact you once your specific serial number arrives in our offices.
Regards
Barry
