They told me six weeks, 4 weeks ago.

But like you said - it’ll be like new. New battery, oil change, new face, and new hand set. I’m guessing the lume is gonna like dope too because they’ve upgraded it since 2014 (last service).

Good luck on yours!

Great Job! Did you source new diaphragm and seals too?

They told me a leaky or worn out diaphragm and seals could have been the cause of why my “air bubble” kept getting bigger.

Recent news from Sinn. It’s now been +8 weeks. Sounds like they’re swamped. It took two weeks and two tries to get this reply. Original estimate was 6 weeks. I’m guessing I won’t see it until after Xmas.

In a couple of weeks it will be 6 months waiting for the U50 Pro with little hope that I'll get it anytime soon.

Dang

We experienced a 12 week delay for office furniture at the Team due to “worker shortage”.

The issue I had with the delay was that our furniture is built in a FEDERAL PENITENTIARY :angryfire:

//

Lots to unpack there, but I’ll just leave it alone…
How did I miss this one 😂

It’s bad at the moment. All last week one person showed in one of our assembly departments. One of eight.

Oh, and F%#^ Prison Industries.

ITS BACK!

The new face and hands are super sharp and super bright.

8-)

Kinda bummed that the shipping and tax were 2/3 of the cost - but it coulda been worse. Thanks to you guys I got them to bundle the shipping at a reduced rate of what it could have cost me. The refurb cost and face/hand’s replacement was quite reasonable.

Thanks guys - I couldnt have gotten this far with the repairs without you! Im really digging this watch. It was becoming my EDC before the bubble started getting bigger, but now with the fresh face and handset its really a super sharp G-n-Go. Checks off a lot of boxes for me. This is such a cool community.

Holy crap, I sent in my GSG9 to Germany to get the battery changed, new dial, hands and oil. I sent it in October 11 and they finished it on November 22. This must be a speed record I was expecting to be waiting well into next year.
Regards,

Mark

Wow - feels like they may be finally catching up. I had a message from them at one point asking for me to be patient before the additional 3 week delay. But, the shipping back to me was lightening fast. Glad you got yours so quick. The GSG9 model is awesome.
