More new clasp news….

Post by hoppyjr » Fri Mar 15, 2024 10:09 pm

Today I received a clasp only, non tegimented, that was intended for the 144. Good news: it fits the U50 perfectly and I suspect will fit all the 20mm bracelets.

Crappy photos, but I’m happy.

It has micro adjustments similar to Rolex, Omega, Doxa, etc. it’s much nicer operation than the one used on the current 300T.

Does it change the fit of the bracelet (without using the adjustment), or is it a direct replacement?

Thats awesome Ed, thanks!! Is Watchbuys selling it on the page, or did you had to pull some strings? Want one for my U50.

Seemed like a direct swap for me.

In the daylight it is lighter in color than the tegimented bracelet. When the tegimented clasps arrive I’ll get one, then sell this one.

Definitely need one in Ti as well, for my T1B.
If they make it in tegimented Ti, I’ll get the bracelet combo for the 9.

I wonder is they will make a 144 Teg? Not sure if the 144 has a Teg option or not.

I feel like it’ll be a while before they have any new adjustable clasp in Teg.

They may not make one for 144, but surely there will be clasps for all the popular models.

I’m shocked they already made a new 144 clasp. You would think U50 would be pretty high up on the list compared to 144.
