New Sinns
Re: New Sinns
that U15 makes me sad. i think i'd really like it if it didn't have the stupid bubbles on it. 41mm U1 with a deep blue dial, blue highlights on the brushed gray bezel.

Re: New Sinns
At least Sinn is consistent with dropping duds.
Realizing we are past the “good old days” of Sinn.

Re: New Sinns
Yeah, this one would be cool without the dumb bubbles.
Re: New Sinns
The U-series Pro models and the prior EZM’s are their best pieces.BBK357 wrote:At least Sinn is consistent with dropping duds.

Re: New Sinns
Interesting aspect of the new U15, U16 and U18 models: Sinn has made watches for decades out of the same ThyssenKrupp steel used to build German submarines, but these three models are made using steel from actual submarines that served in the German Navy and have been decommissioned and scrapped. That's pretty cool, but makes the silly dial even more unfortunate.
Re: New Sinns
seriously. that would be enough of a hook w/o the lame ass bubbles.
Re: New Sinns
Exactly. No bubbles, no date, take my money.gwells wrote:seriously. that would be enough of a hook w/o the lame ass bubbles.

Re: New Sinns
Why isn't the 613 an EZM?
Re: New Sinns
I thought the same… only thing not EZM’ish is the crown/pushers on right side.rockmastermike wrote:Why isn't the 613 an EZM?
Sinn needs to hire Chris shorty for a full time design position. Very disappointing.

Side note-
I want an EZM2/UX exactly how it is but Teg Ti.

On the 613, I like the improvement of the captive bezel. I also agree that Chris would design a better version.
Give it the “Pro” treatment with minimal & subdued markings. Make the subdial black so it blends better.

Those bubbles are a deal breaker! Look like something Disney would put on a “little mermaid” watch for my granddaughter.hoppyjr wrote:Exactly. No bubbles, no date, take my money.gwells wrote:seriously. that would be enough of a hook w/o the lame ass bubbles.

Re: New Sinns
I was super excited until I saw the 🫧 🫧

I only hope they come out with a no bubble edition.

I love gmt watches. But if I read it right, Sinn had to be different. The 24 hour scale is 12 hours reversed. I.e., 12 is at 12 and 24 is at 6. Is this really what they wanted to do? Midnight at the bottom vs the top?????

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man
Floating down canal
It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now
Now you may be thinking that I was had
But this watch is never wrong

Re: New Sinns
I appreciate the compliment, but I’m pretty sure all I would come up with is a tegimented 13.1. Maybe in a black case.BBK357 wrote:I thought the same… only thing not EZM’ish is the crown/pushers on right side.rockmastermike wrote:Why isn't the 613 an EZM?

Sun rises and sets? I get the logic but it's also weird. Maybe it's German logic? The control/display logic on our VW wiper delay compared to the Acuras is completely backwards.tmw wrote: ↑Sat Feb 22, 2025 1:17 pmI thought this one was decent.hoppyjr wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2025 5:13 pmWith better lume.BBK357 wrote:I thought the same… only thing not EZM’ish is the crown/pushers on right side.rockmastermike wrote:Why isn't the 613 an EZM?
