Anyone know much about Omega 145.023 models?

Hey all. Tried asking about these over at Omegawatchforums…crickets. I’ve been stalking the 145.023 model lately, but I am curious about variations. Everything I’ve found online references the Seamaster model that’s multicolor. I’ve seen a few in black badged as Speedmaster, but haven’t unearthed anything referencing these specifically. Are they legit, or franken models?
