Man, I still don't like the conical crown... but that watch looks hot.

I’m not a buyer but wished they would have left it at 42mm.

Note that the Case is actually ceramic, other parts are Ti (crown, bezel, escape valve). More of Omega going in the wrong direction for me.

Would be interesting if they made the ceramic bezel insert Matte on this.......

Make it all Ti, priced around the steel version and I’d buy it. Not interested in black ceramic case for $$$$.

No date dial and lack of red highlights looks good.

so close...
agree ceramic case is a bummer.
if ti case and the right grade/shade, this would have gone to the top of my list.
no date is a real plus for me on these new models.
re: size, 43.5 is fine since the case is cer or ti.
i'll wait for "real" pics or try to see in person, but for me, this one seems a huge swing and miss by omega

So nice Hoppy !  Love how it is technological, but then also traditional too.

It's amazing how there being no date makes such a difference ! ..Beautiful ! Thanks a lot !!! :salute:

I like this a lot. I’m sure the price is dumb, though.

Fratello is reporting 7500 CHF, which is about the same in USD.

I just don’t think I could trust a ceramic case. No experience to back that up but I’d be worried about dropping or knocking it and cracking it. Sucks because they look so cool.

i have one and have no probs with it. Seems there is alot of concern out there over cracking a case due to the few instances that have surfaced around the forums from a few people. Ive yet to see any issue with living with my Ceramic Blancpain.

I really don't have an issue with the ceramic case, yes I've read some horror stories related to IWC watches, but my watches usually don't fall to the floor.

Nevertheless full Ti would be nice and probably less expensive.

I’d never buy it, but it seems sorta cool.

I loved it initially when I thought it was a titanium case... but no way I’d ever risk wearing a ceramic cased watch for how much they cost.

Exactly

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’ve occasionally, albeit very rarely, dropped a watch a couple of feet on an unforgiving floor. I think I’d be worried with a ceramic case? I’m not a wis, tho...

Don’t like the gray bezel against the black case. Insert should have been matte, still don’t like the conical HEV, size is interesting especially if it’s still relatively thin and I still want a black version of the first SMPC. I don’t like the bracelets on the new ones.

$8100? I like it but hard pass at that price for me. I wish Omega did more for me but that’s my issue - could be a good price based on materials and movement but just not for me.
