New to the forum, trying get guidance on the possibility of and how to punch an additional hole in my Panerai rubber strap.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I thought about a similar approach but I wasn’t sure if punching an additional hole would weaken the material at the point of the new hole. Uncertain if the strap with holes was produced from a mould.

Be careful. The Panerai buckles require a decent sized hole. Make sure you’ve got adequate room between the existing holes that you won’t destroy the integrity of the strap. Maybe try it on an aftermarket strap first.

Also, Panerai buckle pin is square not round hole.

Could always sell your existing one and get the longer strap
