Hey guys,
New to the forum here, so if this has been discussed before, sorry...
Many of the Richemont brands have started to extend their normal 2yr warranty to 8yrs as long as your watch is currently under warranty. This includes Panerai.
And for clarification, if you bought a NOS like I did...mine was a 2014 LE that I purchased in 2017, they still accepted it because it was still under warranty at the time I registered it.

Just a PSA for info I got from another forum that I didn’t see here

Thanks for the info. FYI, warranty is always based on in service date, not production date, so I’m not surprised about your case.

No, I remember that one though. I remember a guy had it at a NJ GTG.

Re: Panerai 8 year warranty
Considering the fact that Panerai has a habit of blaming owners when something goes wrong with their watches and has a problem honoring a 2? year warranty.
Can't wait to see what they do when someone brings in an 8 year old watch for repair
Just glad mine have Unitas movements which any watchmaker can repair
