Fresh Pam movement scandal

The new Pams Subs look great, but beware what’s under the hood.
Perezcope has uncovered another Panerai movement scandal.

If I have another Panerai, and I probably will at some point, it will old school Panerai.

PAMs made sense when they were big funky cases housing cheap Unitas movements sold for $4,000 or so. Anything beyond that, is pure Richemont fuckery.

Still have several Pams including old Unitas and new mov'ts like in 1389 and 911. Love it and don't care much what's inside

I've been a long-time Panerai fan and own a few old school PAMs, but this sort of thing is pretty disappointing.

I'm surprised they are so cavalier about tarnishing a brand image that they spent decades and countless $$$ cultivating...

The new Pams simply don’t interest me anymore. Plus I can’t count that high anyway. I only have a 106 and 270 left - and that’s just fine with me!

The three-digit PAMs were the pinnacle. That's right, I'm calling them that now. The Rolex guys can't have everything
