It’s definitely a hirsch buckle but that looks to be a handmade strap. Maybe Art, Drew, but there are a lot of canvas strap makers out there. Canvas over leather with minimal stitch. Not to hard to replace.

I've purchased similar straps from Rene, a strap maker on WUS.
He took a break for a good while, but is now back in action.
Turn-around time is long, but straps are worth the wait.
Rene is happy to customize as desired (stitch color, tapered or not, etc.).
