2017 Vintager Straps Group Buy

Post by r.palace » Fri Feb 17, 2017 1:54 pm

Sup Dee Dub?

Micah has graciously once again agreed to offer DWC members another group buy discount at 25% off toward their order.

Currently going to run this for two weeks. Ending Monday, March 6th. Micah says he can extend the offer if necessary.

PM me for the discount code as this is exclusively for us.

Check out Micah's work at vintagerstraps.com

I'm in for one

Also if anyone is wondering, I don't just do Panerai straps, I can do straps for other watches too. Tapered straps, smaller width straps etc. are all NO problem! If you have questions just email me.

The one I got molded.
It was a Mauser vintage.. he said he had a problem with some of the leather… kinda gross I wore a leather strap with mold spores in it.

Micah sent me another though.

Happened to one of mine, too. Applied some conditioner and it’s fine.

I used to smell it and think… wow this is a strong smelling leather. Spores prob went to my brain.
I put mine in a drawer for a while to find it with white spots later.. gross.

I wonder if the leather had been conditioned with mink oil. That can cause mold and bacteria growth.

Anyone else? Not much interest expressed here. I count 7 of us.
