Stupid.
Whisky has killed more men than bullets, but most men would rather be full of whisky than bullets.

I see "NATO" straps as consumables. $275 is bracelet money.

Show some artfully done pics of dudes in flannels/cargos carrying tactical briefcases and looking at maps while wearing a Seiko with a Toxic on your site. Done.

And add a 0 to the price. And change the name to ToxicOperators or ToxicDisruption... You know, something "edgy" and "fresh". Explain how you came to the design of the strap "organically".

Where are they located? Do they have a physical storefront?

That space can't be cheap.

Sources say $2 million in annual sales. Doesn't seem like a whole lot.

Dogpatch. Isn’t that the spot where the dog takes a leak? Right next to the dogpile. That vaunted spot where the dog took care of #2.

Considering they sold out of these straps in maybe two hours max, they’re probably doing pretty well.
Let’s say they had 20 of each size, which is probably a very low estimate. That’s $11k gross for a product that likely cost an incredibly small fraction of that to design and make (and get the Rexford name associated with it).
Limited runs, lots of hype, and actually a pretty decent product (though certainly not value-oriented) is I guess a good business model for them.

The buckle has a bezier curve path, dual bevel ramping for axial flex and an angled pawl.
And... that's it made from 6AL4V and machined on an Okuma 5 axis should allay any pesky second thoughts you might have.
