the cool thing about the 7010 (far left) is the arabic number dial was released in Japan only and for a very short time (it appeared in only 1 Seiko catalog according to urban legend) while the ones that were released in other parts of the world 1) had stick / baton markers and 2) a much longer production run

The lighter is my dad's from his time in Vietnam......he is proud of this lighter because the ROKMC was/is a tough group and didn't work with outsiders much. He did something or a series of things (doesn't talk about it much) that impressed the group and he was made an honorary ROKMC and this lighter and nice presentation box was a part of that.

Here's the opposite side the lighter and top to the presentation box
