Traska’s Venturer and more

Post by AtomicTom » Wed Jan 11, 2023 9:44 am

Not sure if everyone has checked out some of Traska's watches
before. But I just saw their new Venturer over at the Time Bum,
and thought you might enjoy a look at it.  :)

Just some of the details include 38.5mm stainless steel cases,
a small fleet of nice dial colors, as well as stainless steel bracelets,
and Miyota 9075 behind things.

A few pictures of the Venturer as well as some of their other watches:

Small watches.

I like these, Tom; a shame most are 38.5mm cases.

Thanks for this info AT -

Some sharp looking watches. Well done without too much overlap with other. I like the diver the best but would look for something more in the 40-41 size. The under glass bezel is a nice touch. Wish the commenter was bigger too. 36 is too dainty for me.

Love seeing more independent hour hand GMT’s options popping up recently.
Thanks, AT

I'm happy you are liking them Matt, Mike and Mike. :) :salute:

Yeah, I thought these were really nice looks wise, but did notice the size of the models
for sure. ;) ..I guess they are definitely trying to go for the classic/vintage vibe with
these no doubt. Although the crowns, especially when they have two, may add a nice
bit of heft guys.

They do look great though. And it was really great hearing what you guys thought
about them, so thanks a bunch for for giving your thoughts as always !!!

Traska makes a great watch. I have had a couple of models --- well built, and the hardened steel is a nice feature

It seems like all my “toy” (boat slip, golf, etc.) bills come in January!

If not for fear of my wife, in her already triggered state, succumbing to her desire to bury me in the backyard if I buy another watch, I would be ordering one of those GMT’s.
