Looks cool, and I would imagine a Seiko Quartz movement would be good to go. Go ahead and do it!
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had the OG model. Wasn’t anything special.
They let watches with typo on the dial thru QC out to customers.

I remember that. I reviewed the original about 8 years ago now.Jeep99dad wrote:I had the OG model. Wasn’t anything special.

In fairness though, Christopher Ward put out that super compressor with the words being off center on the dial, and that was a much more expensive watch. Every brand has hiccups.

I had two of the Porsche badged versions. I took a bath on the resale.

Good point, now that you mention it I can see that would be an issue.justsellbrgs wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 7:25 pmMatt ---- yes I have. nice, but dial/hands are tough to read...

Man I wish folks would use a VK63, which I think is a great movement, but leave out the goofy 24 hour subdial. Oh well.

Hey Matt here you go….. I like it. Seems to be well made and the colors are great. Lume is there but pretty weak. It is almost illegible though in terms of telling the time. I’ve got to get my wrist at just the right angle to create enough contrast to be able to see the hands. Doesn’t find its way on wrist very often because of that.
