Giovanni's second (almost) annual playoff football picks

Post by giosdad » Sat Jan 08, 2011 1:21 pm

Back by request (well one request was made) I am back from my hiatus to make my football picks.

Fresh off of my sixth birthday, I am ready to roll

Image

Dad wants to know what happened to the rest of the football guys. Dad that was so two years ago. Luckily I still have all...er I mean most of the helmets.

Security was a concern so a special security force was called in.

So for the first game we have The Saints and the Seahawks. Wait a minute Seahawks? The last time I checked the had a losing record!! What? and my Giants are home? :tap:
Whatever......

Image

Well in a big surprise the Saints Crush the Seahawks. What did you think was going to happen? :raised:

The second game has a lot of buzz here in NY. Jet and Colts.

Image

Image

A re-match of last years AFC Championship game in which the Jet's stunned the Colts in the first half, before the Colts regained composure and came back to win. Well this year the stunner will last all game and Eli's brother will take an early seat and go hang with Eli. Luke this one is for you. Jet's in an upset. But if you ask Rex they are going all the way. We will see.

Sunday's first game matches the Raven's and the Chief's

Image

The raven's defense will be too much for the recently floundering Chief's offense and the Raven's will advance.

Image

The final game on Sunday feature's two teams that lead to dismal days for us Giant's fans......My dad did not speak for an hour after the second Eagles game. :angryfire:

But I digress. The Pack has a losing record on the road but the Eagles were only .500 at home. So where is the advantage here? Did you see the Packers against the Giant's? Where did they come from? Are they for real? Is their defense that good and can they stop Vick? Is Aaron Rodgers that smooth? I say yes, yes and yes. The Pack advances and the Eagles go wherever they came from. :naughty:

Thanks folks. I will see you next week for the second round.
Giovanni signing off.

Good looking boy and solid picks except for Colts and Jets..

Great pics, Barry! Your son is a good-looking lad and seems to love sports, which is awesome.

Can I put my money on the security force? The guys with guns should be a lock ... :ak:

As a fellow redhead I must say that kid is going somewhere in life. It's individuality and chicks dig redheads.

Keep up the good work Gio! ( <<< juiceboxes)

What a game by the Seahawks, but that Saints defense was terrible.
