Bespoke Watch Co.'s Series A

Post by AtomicTom » Thu May 23, 2019 9:47 am

Has anyone ever heard of the Bespoke Watch Company? Or seen their Series A?

The Ohio, and Florida connected company's first watch, the Series A uses
a special bezel changing system called Bez-Lock. Where you attach, and
detach different bezels with the push of a button. In addition, you have
a fleet of bezels, and straps, 42mm stainless steel cases, applied steel
markers, and '8', cool hands with Super-Luminova coating, unique crown,
and Sellita SW200-1 movement.

Just a few pictures...

Thanks Tom, it's not altogether horrible, the case shape is interesting but not sure what the cutout thing is at 6 position? I do like the red bezel version, goes well with the grey dial. I like the clean dial but think the hands could do with being thicker

Some of these watch company names just baffle me. I truly believe that there is a good portion of the WIS public that will NOT purchase a watch solely because of the company name.

I’m not fond of it, but with some of the names I’ve seen lately, bespoke isn’t horrible.
I recently reviewed a watch called the Pablo Profundo. So...

Thanks for finding us Tom!

You can see a demo of the bezel system at work here: http://bit.ly/2V1VoPn

We are a fully funded company with watches ready to ship, and not a typical Kickstarter company.

I understand that the use of Bespoke is not the pure meaning of the word (one off). The reason we picked it was to convey the spirit of the brand, it is a watch where the user can decide the look at any time. You can go from a Black bezel and black strap for work, then change to and orange bezel and light blue strap for a casual shorts day in seconds.

BTW, DoucheCanoe was not taken, but the US Patent office wouldn’t let us Trade Mark it, so we went to our second choice.

:) Hi Walter ! ..Good one there above by the way.

Have to thank you actually for creating these watches really, and helping to make
the hobby so much more fun, and interesting. Nowadays it seems like there are
more watches, and watch companies than ever before. With there being a ton of
cool vintage, and modern watches. But there are also a ton of new watches that
end up looking the same, or like other watches.

The Series A on the other hand doesn't try to be like another watch, or watch
company at all though, and just the design without the multiple bezels, and
straps is excellent imho. ..Seriously, just with one bezel, or even without, it
looks great !

However, to then have the option to make one watch become many is just
phenomenal I think. Plus the whole sytem, and process seems so cool, and
also really easy after watching that video.

Want to just thank you for coming up with such a neat idea, and also for
making the hobby that much more enjoyable. Thanks so much for taking
the time to stop in, and talk with us too. Welcome ! ..All the best to you !!!

Your watches aren't to my taste, but I appreciate you stopping by and posting. Glad you can have a sense of humor about what a bunch of jamokes say on the internets. Good luck with your venture.

While not like something that I typically wear, I can appreciate the design and features of this watch. Always good to have a sense of humor around here.

The dial is actually a light metallic silver and the hands are triple dipped in Lum. Although the hands don’t stand out like on a dive watch, there is more contrast when it’s on your wrist. The Lum is pretty strong in the dark.
