I like it. Interesting collaboration. Being a denim snob, Momotaro is good stuff.

Actually didn't even realize what Momotaro was Todd, and was guessing
it was a race team possibly. But after checking out your link, get it now,
and see what you are saying. It really is a cool partnership, and helps make
an already eye-catching, and unique watch stand out that much more !
There is something about the green, gold, and stainless with the blue
that really works. It's really is nice ! ..Liking it too !!!
Thanks a lot for the news about it Todd !

I like it too. Any opinions on the movement?

I like the watch, but hate the strap.

You can buy it directly from Oris and receive a Momotaro denim tote bag as well. I think the Oris website states it will ship in 2-3 days.
I considered this one as I like the dial but am hesitating as I have the Red Bar model which is the same watch with a different dial and strap. The movement is a standard movement. Nothing special but if you register the watch online at Oris they add another year to make it a three year warranty.

Momotaro denim is epic. But this strap doesn't work for me on this watch. Love this dial though. I'd buy it.

The Red Bar version is so sweet. Love that one.

I’m tempted if an AD gives a discount. Don’t want to pay that for a 65. They sell low

I agree. It may be worth a call to Topper.
I just saw a green dial, bronze bezel 65 for $1050 on WUS.
The dial is a bit different and it comes on the bracelet.

Blue & green should never be seen but green & blue will always do. That's a saying worth remembering fellas.
Unfortunately, green is a hard colour to get right and on that dial I'd say it's just the wrong green.
Scrap the strap and darken or brighten the green, apart from that, it's not a bad looker.
You say Momotaro, i say Tomato

Like the 65 but wish when they do these they do something to the movement or WR..
Seems standard Sellita with 38 hr power reserve- $2200 MSRP.

Re: Oris X Momotaro Divers 65
I’ve been wanting to try a 65. Really wanting.
But just can’t pull the trigger. At the beginning it was interesting. Now it’s just another variation on a combination on a variation. It’s like garanimals.
I can’t see buying these new. Used is the only way to go.

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man
Floating down canal
It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now

I agree with your comment on the price. I sold mine when I knew I was going to get the BB58. Still would like to add one back to the rotation, but at around $900 in the used market, I can't get myself to do it.

That's a beautiful version.
I also tend to balk at buying a 65 new. I don't know why. They're equal to anything else for the price.
