What cell phone company has best customer service

I have version getting a live person on the phone for a question forget it. All they have is chat where it's hard to communicate. What cell companies have the best customer service where you can get live help on the phone in day light hours. Was trying to get internarial plan for 15 bucks for only one month. I got a watch in Germany for a repair email a drag so wanted to call him for better communication. Might stop in a version store for help on this but might be looking for a better cell phone company with better customer service were a live person better.

Hey Mike.

I’ve had the big three, currently have both Verizon and AT&T.

In my experience Verizon has the better customer service, but all of them need improvement. Most call centers seem to be outside of the USA and, while English is spoken, context/meaning isn’t not always understood.

My advice is to ask neighbors who they use and which carrier has the best coverage in the area you live & play. Customer service won’t be necessary as often if the phone works when you need it.

Can't say who has the best service, but I can tell you to avoid T-Mobile. I can remember a time when their customer service was the gold standard, but no longer. Currently using Mint Mobile, which uses the T-Mobile network. Their prices are unbeatable, but I don't think they can provide the kind of service you require. At least you don't have to put up with bullshit lies from them.

I have both ATT (personal phone) and Verizon (work device). In my area Verizon has better service coverage and both are great with call quality and dropped calls. No issues. I’ve never once had to call Verizon in last two years and only once before to change address on the account which went fine. With ATT, not that they are bad or don’t pick up the phone, I can always get someone timely but communication can be difficult due to language barriers.

I honestly handle it all through chat for the simple reason that I get a transcript of it emailed to me once I end the chat. That way if there are any discrepancies afterwards, I have a record of it.
