Traska has me thinking….

Post by Wario406 » Mon Feb 05, 2024 6:14 am

Wow… I got Jon’s email and did a deeper dive on the sight and came across this. Damn.

Under $700, no date, microadjust bracelet, awesome dimensions, beautiful design and composition, great warranty - what’s not to love?

I still need a white watch in my box and this may be it.

I’m a fan of his Watches. Most are too small but this is good size. Nice finish. Hardened SS. Nice bracelet. These have been tempting me as well.

Freediver does not have the on the fly adjust yet but it will. Also if you buy an older model this year they plan to add an option to add the new clasp that's on the Commuter and Venturer.

I’ve always been tempted, but every time I snag a watch that size it’s quickly flipped. That size just wears too small IMO. The bracelet, however, is cool and the new clasp…mwah!

It’s really close to the size of my 41 Sub which I love. But, to your point - I really want to try one of these on before purchasing ;-)

This one is larger than their other offerings, 40.5 w/o crown and 48mm long isn’t bad.

I got my Freediver today and absolutely love it. It wears very close in size to my 41 Sub and is a little lighter. Super high quality, awesome features, well worth every $. Sorry for all the fingerprints. The case is very sleek, very much like my Mk2 on the sides.

Traska translates to Traipse; walk or move wearily or reluctantly.

Mine has the new clasp. It’s not the best on the fly adjustment - but, it works.

This would also be a good white dial choice. I tried it on at windup nyc. It's very nice in person. A really fun summer watch.
