I am a bit of an vintage Bulova watch collector and have owned/own several, but I have also owned a few trusty Seiko watches as "daily drivers" ... this one I got on trade, plus a nice Puma knife, for a shotgun I didn't need, if you can believe it :) It is brand new and was purchased directly in Japan by the first owner. I immediately replaced the strap for a nice leather unit. I stored it soon after and forgot about it. It is so light that I don't notice it on my wrist.

Hello Kurgan, welcome to DWC.

That watch would also look great on a nylon strap with black hardware.

Also, consider going into the “main” forum here and doing a post to introduce yourself, so we get to know you a bit.
